Frequently asked questions

Do I need programming experience?

No. You learn enough software engineering, computer science and systems thinking to design and build useful solutions with AI-assisted development tools — and to recognize when a project needs a professional engineer, a security review or legal or regulatory advice.

What is an AI integration specialist?

Someone who combines deep knowledge of a field with the skills to turn that knowledge into working, AI-enabled systems: they identify the problem, define the requirements, design the workflow and the role AI plays in it, build it with modern tools and check that it behaves as the business needs.

How is this different from learning ChatGPT?

Knowing how to talk to AI is useful. Knowing how to build with it is a different skill. We teach how to design systems where business rules, data checks and decisions are explicit, and AI does the parts it is good at — so the result is dependable, testable and maintainable.

What will I build?

Practical assignments apply each part of the course to a real problem, and a project brings it together. The aim is working solutions grounded in your own field — like the illustrative specifications on our homepage.

Can this help my existing career?

That is the starting point of our approach: the expertise you already have is what makes your solutions valuable. How you use the skills — in your current role, inside your organization or independently — is up to you; we don't promise jobs, income or specific results.

Is this appropriate for businesses?

Yes. Upskill Collective trains teams through partner organizations: you decide who takes part, your people work on your own processes, and you see participation reports that never expose private work. See team programs.

What happens after the webinar?

You receive a follow-up email — with the replay when one is available — and information about our courses and membership. Joining Upskill Collective is by invitation: you can request an invitation, and the team reviews every request.
